📣 This text is written in the polite and informal style(아요/어요/여요).

❓ What is "이, 그, 저"?

"이, 그, 저" is used to point to people or things. '이' is used when a person or a thing is close to the speaker, '저' when it is far from the speaker, and '그' when it is close to the listener.

❓ "이, 그, 저"가 뭘까요?

"이, 그, 저"는 *사람이나 *사물을 *가리킬 때 *사용해요. *말하는 사람에게 *가까이 있는 것은 '이', *멀리 있는 것은 '저', *듣는 사람에게 가까이 있는 것은 '그'를 사용해요.

👉 이 사람은 누구예요?

Who is this person?

**This person is close to the speaker.

👉 그 사람은 마리 씨예요.

That person is Marie.

**Marie is close to the listener.

👉 저 가방은 누구 가방이에요?

Whose bag is that?

**The bag is far from the speaker.

*사람 : person

*가리키다 : to point
*사용하다 : to use
*말하는 사람 : speaker
*가까이 : closely
*멀리 : far
*듣는 사람 : listener
